All dental services performed at ADENT come with a warranty for patients. The conditions for the warranty include check-up visits at least once every 6 months or according to an individually determined schedule, as well as regular professional cleaning of teeth from tartar and plaque.
LIGHT-CURED FILLINGS
– a 2-year warranty is provided
– in the case of missing teeth, a 6-month warranty is provided
– in the case of bruxism – 6 months
CORE BUILD-UPS
– a 3-year warranty is provided
– in the case of missing teeth, the doctor cannot provide a warranty
– in the case of bruxism – depends on individual anatomical and prosthetic conditions
PORCELAIN RESTORATIONS
– a 3-year warranty is provided
– in the case of missing teeth, a 6-month warranty is provided
– if the patient replaces all missing teeth within 6 months, the warranty can be extended to 5 years
– in the case of bruxism – depends on individual anatomical and prosthetic conditions
REMOVABLE PROSTHESES
– a 3-year warranty is provided
– in the case of unreplaced missing teeth, a warranty of 3-6 months is provided
– after replacing all missing teeth, the doctor can extend the warranty
– in the case of bruxism – depends on individual anatomical and prosthetic conditions
IMPLANTS
– a 10-year warranty is provided
– in the case of missing teeth, a 6-month warranty is provided
– in the case of bruxism – depends on individual anatomical and prosthetic conditions
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
– temporary works (temporary crowns, immediate dentures)
– works for which the patient was informed about limited warranty or its absence, and which were carried out at the patient’s explicit request
– if immediately after filling a tooth cavity, it is necessary to conduct root canal treatment, the filling is performed under warranty, but the patient bears the cost of the root canal treatment
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM:
– insufficient oral hygiene
– failure to follow doctor’s recommendations regarding the handling of prosthetic restorations
– failure to attend recommended check-up visits
– accidents / mechanical injuries
– natural bone loss and periodontal changes
– existing conditions adversely affecting the chewing system (e.g., diabetes, osteoporosis, epilepsy, post-chemotherapy, and radiation therapy states)
– corrections performed outside ADENT
– fractures of dental crowns between visits of teeth undergoing treatment
In the case of a defect or discomfort resulting from dental treatment, the patient is obliged to promptly report in person to the attending doctor within no more than 2 weeks from the occurrence of the problem.
